With a strong curiosity of what the world has to offer I began traveling at 18. I traveled around the United States and went as far as South East Asia, Austrailia, New Zealand, Europe, and Central America. It was in Costa Rica that I fell in love with the practice of yoga. I finally found a balance of mind and body. After returning home to the States I earned my 200 hour Vishwa Yoga Certification and Reiki Level 2 Certification at the Cincinnati Yoga School. I also have a bachelors degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Cincinnati. I am currently studying to be an Ayurvedic Consultant at the San Diego College of Ayurveda.

I spread my compassion and love through teaching outdoor yoga and sharing my knowledge about cooking, Ayurveda, meditation and pranayama to friends, loved ones and people who read my blog! I try my best to be humble and I like to get a little weird when it comes to enjoying this beautiful Mother of an Earth. Life should be fun, so lets live it up!

  1. Love the New Orleans pics. It’s a wonderful city, so full of rich history, beauty and tradition. I’m glad you got to go there.
