Shakti in San Diego!

Coronado Island Waves

I’m slowly getting settled in here in SD. Right now I am staying with my friend Angel in La Jolla. I got a part time job serving at a Microbrewery called Karl Strauss. I’m also looking into starting school in JUNE FOR AYRUVEDIC HERBOLOGY.  And possibly starting a booth at the farmers markets to sell chai coconuts and ayruvedic shakes! Weeee.

The yoga scene is San Diego is very saturated! I am completely content with not teaching yoga right now. I had plans to get my stand up paddle board certificate but now is a time to delve into my own yoga practice during this transition into California. Its good to know that during a huge change in your life you should take things nice and slow. Each new thing (job, yoga, apartment, car, friends, blah blah blah)  beautifully unravels with true focus and a calm mind. And these things keep unraveling throughout life. There is never an ending result. Once you achieve this… you will finally be happy… That is not the correct mindset to have. Be happy DURING your transitions, the beginning, middle, and end. Then a new cycle will start again. Listen to the trees, soak up the sun, and see the transitions of the moon. Nature is your greatest teacher. Ask yourself what nature does for others? And maybe what can you do to help someone or something to better this beautiful world we walk on.

Love and miss all of you all in Cincy. Please come visit! Hope you like the pictures! HARI OM.

MANIFEST THE SHAKTI TO DO WHAT YOU LOVE.
